This site exists to provide roofing information and receive quote requests. You may not scrape, copy, or use its content for commercial purposes without written permission.

All text, photographs, and project images on this website belong to Advanced Roofing Muskoka Inc and are protected under Canadian copyright law. Every photo on this site is a real project photo taken at an actual job site in Muskoka.

This site links to external platforms including the Better Business Bureau, Yelp Canada, and Yellow Pages Canada. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party website. Our social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and X are governed by those platforms’ own terms.

This website is provided as is. Information on this site does not constitute professional advice for your specific property.

We are not liable for decisions made based solely on website information. Ontario law governs all liability limitations.

On-site estimates for replacements and major repairs are free. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material price changes may affect quote validity. A final price is confirmed only after on-site inspection.

A booking is confirmed in writing by Advanced Roofing Muskoka. Deposit requirements, if applicable, will be stated in your written estimate. Cancellation terms are outlined at the time of booking.

Work is performed as described in your written estimate only. If additional issues are found during the project, we will contact you before proceeding.

We accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer. Payment is due on project completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Cottage and seasonal property owners must ensure the property is accessible on the agreed date. Our remote inspection service delivers a written photo report within 24 hours of inspection.

Muskoka weather conditions may delay scheduling. We reserve the right to delay work due to heavy snowfall, ice, or high winds. Clients will be notified of weather-related delays promptly. No penalty applies to either party for weather delays.

On the day of work, please prepare your property as follows.

Our workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of project completion. Manufacturer warranties apply separately by material.

We remove all debris and perform a magnet sweep for nails at the end of every project. A client walkthrough is offered at completion before final payment is collected.

We may photograph completed projects for our gallery and marketing materials. No personal information is published alongside any photo. If you prefer no photos are taken at your property, inform us before work begins.

Your rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act 2002 apply to all service agreements. You have the right to a written contract for any job valued over fifty dollars. Cooling-off period rights apply where required by law.

If any clause is found unenforceable, all remaining terms stay in full effect.
